Return Policy

Damaged, Wrong items and Short delivered orders

Please advise us of any damaged items on the day of delivery or any wrong items or short delivered items within 48 hours of receiving your order. To ensure a fast response, please e-mail and notify us immediately. Please make sure you quote your full invoice number that can be found at the top left hand corner of the paid invoice. The paid invoice will be included within the order. Please keep all your packaging in case we need to arrange for collection.

Faulty Goods

All goods will be refunded if they are returned to us unused, in their original condition and with their original packaging, within 7 working days of receiving your delivery. Customers must make their own arrangements for returning such goods at their own cost.


All products are covered under the manufacturers warrantee. replace any goods found to be faulty providing you have notified us in writing within 7 days of delivery, so please ensure you check the items you have ordered within a reasonable time of receiving them. All of our products will perform as directed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. However, we do not accept responsibility for application and conditions, as we cannot control the conditions under which products we supply are used or applied. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Order Cancellation

Customers should contact us immediately if they wish to cancel their order. Once goods have been dispatched it may not be possible for us to stop them from being delivered. It therefore becomes the customers responsibility to return them to us undamaged. Please see Refunds above.
